Qaim Khani Qaim Khani ((ウルドゥー語: قائم خانی )) is one of the neighbourhoods of SITE Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.〔(SITE Town - Government of Karachi )〕 Qaimkhani or Kaimkhani (also spelled Qaim Khani and Kaim Khani) is a Muslim community that claims to be Muslim Rajputs. They converted to Islam in the 14th century. They are found in the provinces of Sindh and Punjab in Pakistan and in the Indian state of Rajasthan. After independence of Pakistan in 1947, many members of Qaimkhani community settled in Karachi. They later developed the Qaim Khani neighborhood of Karachi. There are several ethnic groups in Qaim Khani including Muhajirs, Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras Ismailis, etc. Over 99% of the population is Muslim. The population of SITE Town is estimated to be nearly one million. == See also ==
